BDO Capital Advisors Completes Capital Raise for Leader Distribution Systems
Boston, MA – June 6, 2011 - BDO Capital Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the closing of a capital raise of senior and subordinated debt for Leader Distribution Systems, Inc. (“Leader” or the “Company”). As the exclusive financial advisor to Leader, BDO Capital prepared a private placement memorandum, identified and contacted a targeted group of potential financing sources and assisted management in structuring and negotiating the transaction.
Leader, a family-owned business, is the exclusive distributor of Pepsi, Schweppes and other beverage products for territories in Vermont and Massachusetts. The Company also produces and sells its own line of water products under the proprietary Vermont Natural Spring Water brand.
