BDO Capital was engaged to serve as exclusive financial advisor to TCP in connection with the sale of the Company. The selling shareholders’ objectives were to identify a partner who would preserve the Company’s legacy and community standing in Mississippi while providing the resources and operational support needed for the Company’s next phase of growth.

BDO Capital directly negotiated the transaction on behalf of TCP, representing the Company's interests throughout valuation negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, and closing. 

Outcome

TCP has been acquired by TRP Infrastructure Services. The acquisition is TRP’s first investment in the state of Mississippi and continues its expansion throughout the Southeast.
