Hamill Construction Company, LLC (SJH or the Company), to a subsidiary of The Heico Companies, L.L.C. (Heico). BDO Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to SJH on this transaction, which builds on the firm’s experience advising family-owned businesses in the engineering & construction sector.
S.J. Hamill Construction Company, LLC is a leading marine construction and heavy civil contractor of complex, fast-tracked municipal, state, and federal government as well as commercial projects. The Company has completed a variety of projects including port development and renovation, bridges, dams, utilities, shoreline protection, marine and underground structures. The Company manages and performs all aspects of marine and heavy civil projects ranging from design-build to specific construction services.
Since its founding over 40 years ago, The Heico Companies, L.L.C. has grown from a single business to over 70 operating companies on five continents in manufacturing, construction, and industrial services.
