Richmond, VA – December 10, 2025 – BDO Capital Advisors, LLC (BDO Capital) is pleased to announce the sale of MCG Mechanical (MCG or the Company) to Interstate AC, a portfolio company of Point 41 Capital Partners. BDO Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to MCG on this transaction, which builds on the firm’s experience working with founder-owned companies in the Business Services sector.
