The acquisition of Ellsworth expands CPI’s current footprint in Oklahoma alongside Overland Corporation and creates a scalable regional platform for continued growth across the Sunbelt region.
The transaction highlights BDO Capital’s commitment to providing best-in-class M&A advice to family-owned businesses in the infrastructure construction services sector. The transaction was led by Andy Bean, Emmett Manning, and Jeet Vaghela out of BDO Capital’s Richmond office.
