Scott Dragicevich

Scott Dragicevich is a Managing Director with BDO Capital Advisors. As a senior member of BDO Capital’s investment banking team, Scott brings 15 years of experience advising privately held business owners, management teams, financial sponsors, and public companies on a wide range of strategic transactions. He focuses on M&A advisory and has additional experience with IPOs, capital raises, and broader strategic alternatives engagements. Over his career, Scott has executed more than $40 billion in transaction volume. 

Scott began his career in New York before moving to Los Angeles, where he led the SoCal Middle Market Investment Banking office for Wells Fargo. He advised clients across the Industrials, Real Estate, and Consumer sectors, with a particular focus on founder led and family-owned businesses navigating growth, succession planning, and liquidity events. Scott has developed a forward-looking perspective on AI driven disruption, helping clients evaluate how emerging technologies reshape competitive dynamics and long-term value creation.
