Mr. Tu is a Director with BDO Capital Advisors, LLC. He has more than ten years of public accounting and transaction advisory experience, including six years primarily focusing on ESOP transactions. Mr. Tu has successfully executed on more than 25 sell-side ESOP transactions across a broad array of industries. Mr. Tu has extensive experience in the formation of ESOPs, capital raises, and corporate governance for founder-led and closely held businesses.
Prior to joining BDO Capital Advisors, Mr. Tu was a Senior Manager in BDO USA’s Global Employer Services practice where he advised on ESOP transactions, and the tax and GAAP treatment. Mr. Tu began his career in the audit practice at BDO USA.
